Data Deletion

• Email support@seridian.dev with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Send it from the email address you used with us, so we can match your records.
• Tell us what you want deleted, or say "everything".

We confirm we received your request within 3 business days and complete it within 30 days. We will email you when it is done. If we cannot verify the request comes from you, we will ask for confirmation from the same email address. We never ask for passwords or payment details.

• Contact form messages and the name and email address on them.
• Emails and notes about your enquiry.
• Any lead or contact records we hold for advertising, including audiences we have uploaded to Meta.

We may keep records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices and tax records for purchases, for the period the law requires. We keep them only for that purpose and delete them afterwards.

seridian.dev does not offer Facebook Login. If you interacted with our ads, Meta holds that activity under its own policy. You can see and remove the off-Meta activity businesses share with Meta in your Facebook activity settings, and manage ads in your ad preferences.

If you have an account in a Seridian product, such as Kanban, you can delete your data inside that product or email us and we will do it for you. Product accounts are covered by each product's own privacy policy.
